• 1 bowl rocket
• 200 g salmon, smoked
• 4 tablespoon honey
• 8 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, darker

Instructions

1. Wash the rocket and remove the stalks. Cut the smoked salmon into 1 cm thick strips. Arrange the salad on a plate, spread the salmon strips over it.
2. Heat the honey and balsamic vinegar in a pan. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil down briefly.
3. Drizzle the warm dressing over the salad with a tablespoon and serve the salad immediately.
