Wash the rocket and drain well. Peel and roughly chop the garlic clove.
Finely puree half of the rocket, clove of garlic and milk with a hand blender. Set aside a few leaves of the remaining rocket and roughly chop the rest. Mix together rocket puree, cream cheese, sour cream and chopped rocket. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Arrange the cream and place the leaves that have been set aside on top.
