• 60 g pine nuts, toasted
• 250 g strawberries
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

• 40 g parmesan, rated

Instructions

1. Sort the lettuce, wash and spin dry. Toast the pine nuts in a pan until golden brown. Wash the strawberries, remove the greens and cut into slices. Mix balsamic vinegar with olive oil to make a dressing and season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix the lettuce, strawberries and pine nuts with the dressing and then top with the parmesan.
