Heat the oil, sear or fry the shellfish. Add onions and garlic and fry. Add tomatoes, simmer for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Add rocket and let simmer briefly (approx. 1 minute) (the rocket is initially very voluminous, but collapses due to the heat supply).
At the same time, cook pasta al dente and mix with the finished sauce.
Arrange and serve sprinkled with parmesan and pine nuts.
This dish can alternatively be prepared with tuna, air-dried ham or vegetarian.
