• 2 handfuls rocket, washed
• 0.5 ½ apple, washed and cut into small pieces
• 0.5 ½ cucumber (s), washed and cut into small pieces
• 1 dash apple cider vinegar
• 1 dash olive oil
• 1 handful herbs, e.g., thyme, oregano, olive herb, pimpinelle, marjoram, basil, finely chopped
• salt and pepper
• 1 pinch (s) Schabzigerklee
