Instructions

1. Wash and spin dry the lettuce, remove the peel from the melon, remove the core and cut into bite-sized cubes. Roughly chop the ham.
2. For the dressing, mix the lime juice with the oil and season with sugar, salt and pepper.
3. Mix the ingredients and drizzle with the dressing.
