Wash the rocket and remove it from the stems. Peel the oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Then cut into thin slices. Cut the red onion into thin rings. Slice the parmesan.
Place the orange slices in a circle on the plate, place onion rings on top. Sprinkle the rocket on top and spread the parmesan on top. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil and garnish generously with balsamic cream.
