Instructions

  1. For the yeast dough, the yeast and some of the sugar are dissolved in some of the lukewarm water. The flour is mixed with the cocoa powder and the remaining sugar. This allows the cocoa powder to be distributed much better in the dough, because yeast doughs are always quite tough. The flour mixture is roughly kneaded with the dissolved yeast and the remaining water. When the time comes, add the salt and oil. The dough should then be kneaded until it looks nice and smooth and comes off the edge of the bowl. Covered with cling film, it should then go about 1 ½ hours.
  2. After the rising time, the dough is divided into four parts and rolled out thinly without kneading it. The pizzas can be baked on a baking sheet or pizza tray. For baking, the base should be pierced with a fork and coated with the liquid butter. The pizza is then baked crispy for 5 - 6 minutes at 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  3. Immediately after baking, the nut nougat cream is spread over the hot base and the other ingredients are spread over it according to taste. Put the pizza back in the oven until the marshmallows are lightly brown and the chocolate is slightly melted.
  4. The pizza tastes best straight out of the oven. It can be frozen and reheated without any problems. Of course, such a pizza is not intended for a single person. It should be served in pieces. A scoop of vanilla ice cream goes well with it, by the way.
