Dissolve the yeast with the sugar in the warm water. Knead in the flour, salt and oil very well and then let the dough rise for half an hour. Then knead again well.
Heat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
Shape the dough into rolls weighing approx. 40 g and place them in a row on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Whisk the egg with the milk and brush the bread roll with it. Now sprinkle on the grains (e.g. sesame, poppy seeds, sunflower seeds) as required.
