  1. Cut the aubergine lengthways into approx. 1 cm thick slices. Turn these in the beaten egg (season with salt and pepper to taste) and fry in a little oil.
  2. Mix the sour cream, lettuce cream and the garlic / garlic granules (fresh, naturally pressed or chopped into small pieces) and spread over the fried aubergine slices. Place a tomato slice on top of each aubergine slice and then roll it up. If it doesn`t hold up, you can help yourself with a toothpick. The whole thing can be eaten warm or cold.
