Roll out the pizza dough and brush with the cream cheese. Cut the onion into rings or cubes and also place on the dough. Roll up the pizza dough from the short side and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Press the rolling pin a little flat and cut deeply 3 times lengthways.
Baking time approx. 20 minutes
I`ve made the bread several times - always with different types of cream cheese - depending on the taste, herbs, chives, Toscana style or tarte flambée style.
