Fry the roast meat on all sides in the oil. When it is nicely browned, place in the slow cooker. In the same pan, fry the onion cut into rings, then add the mushrooms. Add the spices and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add the broth and honey and finally the letscho. Put everything about the roll roast in the slow cooker. Cook for about 1 hour on high and 6 hours on low. We also have pasta or potato dumplings.
