Instructions

  1. Place the egg and mayonnaise in a large bowl, season and mix well. Cut the watercress (or clean the watercress). Halve the roll and lightly butter the lower half. Brush with the egg mayonnaise, sprinkle with cress, cover with the top half of the bun and serve.
