Dissolve the yeast cube in the water, add all the ingredients and knead vigorously. Then cover in the refrigerator overnight. The next morning, simply dust with flour (hands plenty too), form small rolls and place in the oven for approx. 20 minutes at 200 degrees (depending on the oven!). After about 15 minutes you can also put a cup of water on the bottom of the oven to make them crispy.
