Instructions

  1. Drain the mozzarella and cut into thin slices. Peel and mash the garlic, mix with salt, pepper, honey, mustard, olive oil and vinegar. Pour the marinade over the mozzarella and let it steep for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Wash, quarter and core the tomatoes and cut the pulp into cubes. Halve and core the avocado and cut the pulp into cubes. Squeeze the lemon. Drizzle the juice over the avocado. Wash, dry and cut the lettuce into strips. Arrange on a platter.
  3. Spread the drained mozzarella on top. Mix the avocado and tomatoes, season with salt and pepper. Scatter cubes over the mozzarella. Pour the remaining marinade on top. Wash and cut the dill and sprinkle over the salad.
  4. If, like us, you like a lot of salad dressing, you can simply increase the amount of ingredients.
