Instructions

  1. Wash and roughly chop the lettuce, then fry the lettuce pieces in a saucepan with heated oil for about 5 minutes. Then add the milk and water and simmer for 15 minutes. Peel the garlic cloves, finely chop (pressing also works) and add. Separate the yolks and whites of the eggs (use the whites elsewhere). Then mix the egg yolks with the cream, vinegar, salt and pepper and add to the saucepan. Now let the soup simmer for another 5 minutes and season with vinegar, salt and pepper, depending on your taste. Then serve.
