Heat the coconut ghee in a saucepan and brown the chopped onion in it. Then add the diced root parsley and fry a little with the onion. Add a dash of water. Season everything with salt, pepper and cumin to taste.
In the meantime, cut the tangerine into small pieces and add. Let the dish get hot.
A fried egg goes well with this and the quick vegetarian meal is ready.
If you don`t necessarily love the typical taste of the root parsley, you might become a friend of the root parsley with this recipe, as the sweetness of the tangerine pleasantly softens the taste of the root vegetables.
