Pour some hot water into the pressure cooker (approx. 500 ml) and add the stock cubes. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Peel and roughly dice the onion.
Place the sausages in the water, then the potatoes and onions. Close the pressure cooker and set pressure level 2 on the lid. Set the plate to the highest level and wait for steam to stop coming out. From now on there are 15 minutes left.
As soon as the green ring can be seen (i.e. the right pressure has been built up), you can turn off the stove and wait a few more minutes.
Release the pressure, open the lid and finally add the diced carrots. These only have to be heated in the existing heat. When the vegetables are warm, you can pound the stew a little if you like.
This recipe can of course also be made with other vegetables. Make sure, however, that the vegetables are only heated. If the vegetables also have to be boiled or cooked, you can add them at the same time as the potatoes.
