- Clean and core a good kilo of rose hips. Wash the rose hips, boil them with a little water for about 1 hour until they are soft and then strain them through a sieve.
- Mix the rose hip butter with the orange juice and add the preserving sugar. Cook the mixture according to the instructions and pour it into the prepared glasses.
- Pitting the rose hips is quite time-consuming, but it is worth it. The jam is a wonderful gift for Christmas.
