First the pine nuts are roasted in a pan without oil, then roughly chopped. Let cool down. Wash the lettuce and pluck it into pieces. Core the melon and cut out balls, collecting the juice. Pluck rose petals and read them. Mix the melon juice with the vinegar, oil, honey and rose water. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix the pine nuts with the goat cheese and cut off small dumplings with the help of 2 teaspoons. Pour the marinade over the salad ingredients and serve the goat cheese dumplings on top.
