Instructions

  1. Dab the schnitzel with kitchen paper. Brush with honey and sprinkle with rosemary. Then wrap with the ham slices and roll up (depending on the schnitzel size you might need more than three). Fry in a little hot oil for approx. 2 minutes on each side.
