Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (top / bottom heat). Chop the fresh rosemary and figs and knead with the other ingredients to form a dough.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Put the dough on top. Place a second sheet of baking paper on the dough and roll it flat with a rolling pin - the dough makes up about 3/4 of the sheet.
Bake for about 10 - 15 minutes until it turns golden brown (depending on your own oven). Take out of the oven and cut directly into approx. 20-30 pieces. After cooling, they will solidify.
After they have cooled down completely at room temperature, they can be stored in a can for a few days, but they may become softer again here.
