Instructions

  1. Cut the raw potatoes into wedges and fry them with the onions and garlic in olive oil. Turn down the temperature and let everything simmer with the pan lid closed until the potatoes are cooked through. Turn again and again in between.
  2. Now salt, pepper and sprinkle with the plucked and crumbled rosemary needles. Mix everything well and serve.
  3. These fried potatoes taste particularly good with poultry, but also with fried meat sausage slices, for example. There is also a fresh salad and you can also sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese on it.
