Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes in salted water for about 20 minutes until soft.
  2. Drain the water and either mash the potatoes or press them through the press. Heat the milk and gradually add enough to the mashed potatoes while stirring until it has the desired consistency. Stir in the rosemary and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
  3. Goes well with roasts.
