Place the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and butter on the worktop and quickly knead into a smooth dough. Then wrap in foil and let rest in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Knead the dough again and roll it out with flour. Cut out and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for approx. 6 - 7 minutes. Don`t let it get too dark. Then let it cool down.
Mix a glaze from powdered sugar and rose liqueur and glaze half of the cookies with it. Place a candied rose petal on each cookie.
Heat the jelly a little and brush the other half of the cookies with it. Put a glazed cookie on top.
For me, this amount of dough makes about 60 - 70 cookies.
