Prepare the dough according to the instructions on the packet. Line the quiche dish with it. Prick the dough several times with a fork. Quarter the cherry tomatoes, cut the ham into strips, dice the mozzarella. Spread on the dough base, spread grated cheese on top. Now whisk the sour cream with the egg, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Spread the mixture over the quiche and then put it in the oven preheated to 180 °. Baking time approx. 40 minutes.
Best served with a salad. Also tastes lukewarm or cold.
