Instructions

1. Crumble the amarettini in a plastic bag, pour limoncello over them and then set aside.
2. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with the powdered sugar until stiff. Now mix the mascarpone and egg yolk and add the amarettini. Carefully fold in the egg white and pour into dessert bowls.
3. Chill until ready to serve.
