- Cut the pork neck into slices, but don`t cut the slices all the way through.
- Then salt and pepper between the slices and brush well with mustard.
- Quarter the cucumbers and place 2 pieces between the slices.
- Divide the onions and cut into rings and also place between them.
- Then press everything together lightly and tie it with a sturdy thread.
- Roughly cut the soup greens and place in an oiled pan.
- Place the roast on top and roast in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 °.
- Then pour 1L of water, add the stock cube and tomato paste and stir.
- Put the whole thing in the oven for another 90 minutes.
- Pour occasionally.
- Thicken the sauce with cream if you like and season with salt and pepper.
