Instructions

  1. Cut the pork neck into slices, but don`t cut the slices all the way through.
  2. Then salt and pepper between the slices and brush well with mustard.
  3. Quarter the cucumbers and place 2 pieces between the slices.
  4. Divide the onions and cut into rings and also place between them.
  5. Then press everything together lightly and tie it with a sturdy thread.
  6. Roughly cut the soup greens and place in an oiled pan.
  7. Place the roast on top and roast in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 °.
  8. Then pour 1L of water, add the stock cube and tomato paste and stir.
  9. Put the whole thing in the oven for another 90 minutes.
  10. Pour occasionally.
  11. Thicken the sauce with cream if you like and season with salt and pepper.
