Cut the sausages into small slices and fry them in the pan on both sides until crispy. Then take it out of the pan.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl, stir in the finely chopped onions and chopped chives. Add the fried sausage and season with salt. Be careful, the Mettwurst also gives off flavor.
Put the mass in the heated pan and fry and tear it up.
