Instructions

  1. Wash the beans, cut off the ends and cut diagonally into pieces approx. 1 - 2 cm long. Cut the onion into fine pieces and sauté in oil or butter in a non-stick pan until translucent.
  2. Add the beans and stir in the pan. After 1 - 2 minutes add salt, pepper and meat stock and stir. Put a lid on the pan and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
  3. It is advisable to always check whether there is enough fluid left. If not, add some water or broth. If you want, you can add a little savory.
