Instructions

  1. Mix the milk, eggs and salt with a hand mixer. Add the flour slowly (while continuing to mix) so that no lumps form.
  2. Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.
  3. Mix with a wooden spoon and bake in a hot pan with butter (approx. One ladle per blini, you have to vary a little depending on the pan size).
  4. Brush each blini individually with a little butter.
  5. The blini taste good with sugar or jam, as well as hearty with creme fraiche and salmon, caviar, etc.
