Instructions

  1. First the eggs are peeled and halved lengthways and the yolks are removed.
  2. Then the mayonnaise, egg yolks, mustard and lime juice are mixed together and seasoned with salt and pepper.
  3. After you`ve done that, you can pour the paste, if you have one, into a piping bag and squirt it into the eggs. Then you can decorate the eggs with caviar.
