Instructions

  1. Peel the vegetables. Cut the potatoes and carrots into strips, cut the onions into rings. Put everything into the pan one after the other - first the potatoes, then the carrots and finally the onions. Fry everything until done and season to taste with the spice mixture, salt if necessary. Serve hot.
