- Cut the meat into thin strips.
- Chop the onion.
- Heat a frying pan, melt some butter or pork fat.
- Stir-fry the meat over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the onions. Brown the pork together with the onions for another 5-7 minutes and salt to taste.
- Place the meat with onions into cocotte pans filling them by two-thirds.
- Pour the mayonnaise over it.
- Grate the cheese. Turn on the oven and preheat it up to 200 degrees.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese over the meat with mayonnaise.
- Gratinate the Russian julienne in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees. Serve the dish in cocotte pans.
