Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes and carrots in water for about 20 minutes. Cook the eggs in the same water for 10 minutes and then remove them.
  2. Cut the onion, eggs, pickles, carrots, potatoes and meat sausage into cubes and place everything in a bowl. Drain the peas well in a sieve and then add to the other ingredients. Mix everything together well. Season to taste with salt, pepper, vinegar, oil and the salad mayonnaise. Chill the salad for about two hours.
  3. Tip: You can also add an apple, then it will taste more fruity.
