Peel and chop the onion. Soak the white bread in the milk and squeeze it out. Make an even mixture from minced meat, egg, onion, soaked bread and sour cream, season with salt and pepper.
Do not crumble toast slices very finely. Shape the meat into balls with a diameter of approx. 6-7 cm and roll them in breadcrumbs, pressing the crumbs down a little. Fry in oil.
Potatoes (boiled, fried, mashed potatoes) and mixed salad go very well with it.
