Instructions

  1. Allow the butter to freeze for about an hour beforehand. Boil the eggs hard and separate the egg whites from the yolks. Chop the onion into small cubes.
  2. Now rub or sprinkle finely on a large flat plate in layers in the following order directly over the plate, do not touch the plate with your hands!
  3. First, grate the whites of 7 eggs. Rub the cheese over it. Crush the tuna between your fingers and sprinkle over it.
  4. Pour as much mayonnaise over it and spread it evenly with a knife that the tuna is completely covered, also on the sides. It should look like a cake.
  5. Rub the frozen butter on top. Scatter the onion on top. Rub the yolks of 5 eggs on top. Cover completely with mayonnaise again, like the tuna. Now rub the yolks of 2 eggs over them as a final decoration. Let the whole thing cool down covered in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
