Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the wild garlic. Puree together with the Tworog and the Smetana, salt and pepper with the hand blender. If it is too firm, add a little more milk or cream if necessary.
  2. The cream tastes wonderfully spicy and has the advantage that it does not draw water, so it retains its consistency.
  3. Ideal as a dip and spread.
