Ingredients
- 250 g pork, diced
- 250 g smoked pork, diced
- 250 g meat sausae, e.. salami, ham or similar, diced
- 250 g bacon, mixed, diced
- 2 red peppers, diced
- 2 small onions, diced
- 250 g minced pork
- 5 tomato (s), diced
- 2 cans mushrooms, III. choice
- salt and pepper
- 1 bottle sauce, (Texicana Salsa)
- 200 g sweet cream
- Paprika powder
Instructions
- Wash the meat and cut into cubes. Likewise the peppers and tomatoes. Chop the onions into small cubes.
- Put everything in an ovenproof pan and fry briefly.
- Mix the Texicana Salsa with the cream and pour over the meat. Bake in the oven for about 2 hours at 180 °.
- This is served with toasted 3-grain toast or baguette.
