Instructions

  1. Cut the onion and apple into strips. Rasp cheese.
  2. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan and steam the onion strips a little. Then add the bacon and apple slices and continue steaming.
  3. Whisk eggs with milk, herbs, salt and pepper and spread in the pan. Reduce the heat a little and let the omelette set. Spread the cheese on the omelette and let it melt.
  4. Serve, e.g. with a green salad.
