Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (convection). Meanwhile, clean the potatoes and cut into slices or cut into eighths (corners). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the potatoes on top, oil with a brush, salt, pepper and sprinkle with rosemary.
  2. Bake in the oven for about 35 to 45 minutes until crispy brown.
  3. A dip made from sour cream, herb quark, fresh herbs (chives, parsley) and diced onions or tartar sauce tastes delicious.
