Instructions

  1. Mix everything (ingredients 1-4) into a smooth dough. Cut off the dough with a spoon and let it slide into the boiling salted water. Let it steep for 20 minutes over a low heat.
  2. Go very well with goulash. But you can also melt it with bacon and eat a green salad with it.
