Instructions

  1. Thaw the puff pastry and roll it out. Grease a springform pan (26 cm diameter) and line it with the puff pastry.
  2. Leave the jerky meat in a pan in the butter. Cut the onion into cubes and fry them lightly. Cut the leek into fine rings, add and fry briefly.
  3. Spread everything on the dough base. Spread the chopped sausage and the chives cut into rolls on top. Whisk the eggs with the cream, pepper and nutmeg and pour over them.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
  5. It goes well with lettuce with peppers.
