Peel the bananas and pineapple (not required for a can). Then cut into small pieces and pour fresh orange and lemon juice over them. Then add cinnamon, sugar and ginger powder and mix. Chill in a large, flat bowl or dish for about 2 hours.
In the meantime, chop the banana chips and white chocolate into small pieces.
Just before serving, sprinkle the banana chips and chocolate over the banana / pineapple layer. Whip the cream until stiff, mix with sour cream and honey and layer over the fruit. To decorate, you can dust a little cinnamon over it.
Given the happy faces, I don`t want to think about calories.
