• 4 pork neck steaks, á 200g
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• 3 tablespoon honey
• 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
• salt
• pepper
• 200 ml oil (olive oil)

Instructions

1. Wash the steaks, pat dry and dust with starch. Mix the remaining ingredients in the blender. Let the steaks rest in the marinade overnight and in the refrigerator.
2. Heat some of the marinade oil in a pan and cook the steaks on strong / medium. Fry heat for about 5-7 minutes.
