• 350 g bacon, smoked, diced

• 300 g quark
• 250 g cheese (Gruyer)

• 200 ml cream

Instructions

1. Roll out the pizza dough on a greased baking sheet. Heat the olive oil and butter in a pan, leave the bacon for 2-3 minutes, add the onion and cook for 7-9 minutes. Season to taste with salt and cayenne.
2. Mix the quark, cream and eggs, mix in the Gruyer and season with salt, cayenne, sugar and caraway seeds. Spread the curd cheese mixture on the pizza dough and sprinkle the bacon / onions. Bake at 220 degrees for about 20 minutes.
3. Serve with a salad.
