Instructions

  1. Slowly drain the bacon in olive oil, add the onions and cook for 7-9 minutes. Season with garlic salt and paprika. Remove from the fire and let cool down.
  2. Layer the potatoes (fan-like), bacon / onion in a greased dish and pour the cream over them.
  3. Bake at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes. Sprinkle with Gouda cheese halfway through the cooking time.
