- Heat the olive oil, fry the roulade strips, add the garlic and chilli and with a weak / medium. Simmer the heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in tomato paste and deglaze with stock. Let it simmer for 40-45 minutes over a small fire.
- Cook the spaghetti molto al dente. Season the sauce to taste and pour in the cream. Put the spaghetti in the sauce and let it steep for a moment.
