Instructions

  1. Bring 100 ml of the cream to the boil. Roughly chop the chocolate and slowly stir in the cream and let it melt. Remove from the fire and let cool down.
  2. Mix the milkmaid with the chocolate mixture. Beat the rest of the cream until stiff and fold into the chocolate. Put in the refrigerator for a few hours.
