Instructions
Heat the fat in the pan and then fry the pasta nicely. Beat the eggs over the noodles and turn them nicely until the eggs are completely set. Place the pasta with the eggs on a plate. Spread the pesto on top and sprinkle with the parmesan.
Tastes great and is quick to make.
